SECS Fiends
The South-Eastern Costumers' Society, also known as the SECS Fiends, is a chapter of the International Costumer's Guild representing the Southeastern United States, centered around Atlanta, GA. The SECS Fiends is a group of costuming enthusiasts who desire to promote costuming as an artform and share techniques. We welcome costumers of all genres and skill levels.
